Steve has a strong leadership development and team first, staff centric focus developed across his work experiences and his personal involvement across the sporting environment. His background and experience align well with Mills Albert, a dynamic evolving company which looks to grow its people and provide them with new opportunities while doing so. He will sit easily alongside our Proud Mana value!

Steve is a chat and act type of manager with an open-door attitude for staff at all levels. He joins Erin Larnach in the HR space and together they will drive the HR functions on behalf of the business.
